If you volunteer additional information in a free-text field, such as a dietary requirement when planning an event, we use it only to provide the service you have asked for.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, limited technical information may be collected, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the page that referred you.
We do not load analytics or tracking technologies until you tell us we may. On your first visit the Site displays a privacy settings banner. Until you make a choice, only cookies strictly necessary to operate the Site are set.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are set regardless of your choice because the Site cannot function without them. They support security, session handling, and page delivery, and are set by our website platform, Wix.
Analytics cookies are set only after you consent. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and which links are clicked. If you decline, these are not set.
Consent record. Our consent management provider stores a record of your choice so that we do not have to ask you again on every visit.
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies on this Site. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the privacy settings on the Site.
