Our Philosophy

Here at Bertrand at Mister A’s and Mille Fleurs our philosophy is basically the same one we started with over 30 years ago, simply put: we want you to have a great time!

 Our business began before the onslaught of competition; and while we are always excited to try new things we are not looking for the next catch phrase or gimmick.

Both of our chefs have been picking up our vegetables daily, right down the street at Chino’s Farm long before celebrity chefs spoke of "farm to table".

While revamping the original Mister A’s we wanted to break away from the idea that a restaurant with a view lived by just that.  Our goal is to consistently match the level of food and service with that phenomenal view.

We wish to carry on the legacy of Mister A’s and the magical appeal it provides for special occasions, while adding our own friendly style of knowledgeable service along with the freshest food.
